I am looking to service a replica Santos Cartier XL. What's the normal time frame between service to service?

With regards

Many factors in play.... movement, which watchsmith, shipping times, how busy they are. Figure minimum 4-6 weeks. Possibly longer.

waterproofing every 2 years and service every 5 years. If you see that your watch lose to much time you can service it before the 5 years. :)

Definitely all the above some favor certain watch smith’s I for one use a certain person for my manual wind movements and another for the 7750-53 all depends on you. Prices vary ive sent stuff to Natas who does great work except he is across the pond. Good luck im sure you will find enough info on the board to make the right decision.
