Reliability of a movement is one thing, other thing worth consideration is shape of a watch case.
If ceramic submariner has 3135 clone movement - case crown guards and crown height are pretty much the same as genuine case.
if it has Eta movement - crown height is different and crown guards shape is different too.
So you need to decide, whether you accepct slightly incorrect case, or you accept more risky movemnt.

First 3135 movements tend to die, true that. It's been few years since then and I think right now it is pretty safe to buy a replica with cloned 3135.
Personally I would chose ZZF with VR3135 movement (though Puretime might called it SA3135 V2 or something like that).
