How do I order from chazingtime?

Hi!

I want to order an AP from chazingtime (this is my first rep order ever), but the Noob Beginner Guide told me to NOT order from the website but instead directly contact a TD. So I heard that psychospike should be a good TD. But how can I contact him? I haven't really figured out yet how this ordering process works haha.
