I bought a replica Rolex Explorer 1 214270 a few months ago and am happy with it but have since seen custom watches from companies such as Blacken and would like to customise mine so am looking for a company in the UK who offer a PVD coating service without getting upset about dealing with a replica, can anyone recommend one? I have a horologist friend who is happy to strip it apart for me so I am looking for a coating only service.
I have yet to ask him about custom painting the dial but I know he is snowed under with work and suspect this could take him a long time if he is prepared to do it, does anyone know of a supplier of custom dials for this model or of someone who will do this kind of job?
