It's a BP 16713 with a custom aftermarket insert. The gen came with brown bicolor insert.
Some other variations
Sadly, this rep is long out of production and only available M2M. I've never seen anyone else post a pic of one with the serti dial. This model was also offered in both gen and rep with a gorgeous root beer brown sunburst dial. I always wanted that one but this was not a bad consolation prize.
