Hi, Gang! Welcome to the flag-flying (USA) Fourth of July weekend.
For the start of this weekend, this newly acquired but never worn INVICTA PRO DIVER (#89270B) TT watch, for today and tomorrow. It's one of the few watches INVICTA produces that isn't a blight on watch making in general. Similar to the Rolex's Sub Divers, it's actually a neat looking piece. dave:
This is very weird: at the time of the photos, the date wheel is correctly seated at "3." In the pics, PB changed it to "30." I dunno how they did that; it's just mysterious. dave:

This watch is running remarkably well. On June 30th I put the gen insert in and set the time to the second. Right around 8:15 pm
On the 1st I checked to see how good it was keeping time.
Here we am on July 3rd and I'm +4 Seconds. Impressive.
This watch runs so much better because of the gen insert. I must say.

I solved the mystery of the date change: I took a close look at the time on the dial -- well past 10 [
p.m.; the pics I took were taken before 3: p.m. Apparently, I have two (2) of these watches & didn't realize it. A new watch sale is coming up soon. Here's a pic of the NEWEST 89270b. dave:
