I didn't build it, I bought it M2M about 3 years ago. I just relumed the hands as they didn't match and put a Clark plexi on it. It is a dial that someone on RWG.cc made a few of a long time ago (8-10 years). Has a gen 2824, and it looks like a case from JMB with a gen crown. I have one of those cases in my space dweller and it looks the same.
