Mr. Nobby. You definitely have some good ones. Please do share some detail on the industrial tone of your awesome photo. Is that a “retired ”piston” ?

Thank you sir. Yes indeed, that is a piston I prematurely retired many years ago, along with the rest of the Porsche 911 2.8 litre lightweight engine, when a con-rod bolt sheared off under hard acceleration...

Having a new engine built cost me the same amount that I'd paid for the entire Porker, which was a lovely RS 3.0 replica built using a '72 911. I have a thing for replicas... :D
