It is a rep of a TAG Heuer Carrera Jack Heuer 80 Edition,

A special edition, remake of the Carrera of the 1960s to celebrate the 80th Birthday of Jack Heuer, the grandson of the TAG Heuer founder.

I bought it on M2M so I don't know where it originated.

It is a 44mm quartz watch with a micro-stepper seconds hand and the sub-dial at 3 is a mystery, it has no chrono function, it just goes round at the speed of the hour hand.

My Speedy 44mm quartz rep functions exactly the same (although it has a sub-dial at 6) so it may have the same movement, a Seiko VK quartz.
