A Beonzo journey:

It had patina

Patina removed by soaking in lemon juice.

Dipped in salt water before new patina.

Placed into a tub with ammonia, Bottle cap used to keep the watch out of direct contact with the ammonia. Then sealed for about 10 minutes.

Cleaned lightly with a toothbrush and lemon juice to return it back to a light copper look.

C Master You inspired me to try the same with my Zenith :D. I did the lemon juice and baking soda method to remove the existing patina. But instead of ammonia, I put in a bag with a hard boiled egg, as I wanted the patina to be very mild with warm brown tones. I think it came out nicely.

Nice one. Now you have me wanting a Zenith lol. I tried the hard boiled egg method before. Different patina indeed. That looks really well.
