Can't beat using a simple iPhone 6 camera in natural daylight.

Place watch on its side so you don't see the reflection of the sky.

Make sure the sun is behind you (ie in facing the watch).

You the camera and/or you body to cast a shadow on the dial. This will help make the dial photograph clearer (ie you won't see milky reflections on the dial)

mech500,

So I took some pics with my iphone 6 plus of my new BK DSSD. When I tried to upload them to the forum it told me that they were to big in size. Is there a setting on my Iphone to change the size of the pic? thanks

you are trying to attach the image using the insert image button ?
RWI no longer hosts images.

you will need to use an external host like Imgur..

post the picture there and post the BBC link

I Use standard iPhone6 setting then upload using tapatalk (no specific setting required).

I also upload using photobucket. How are you trying to upload (that is probably where the problem is).

Another iPhone6 pic. No need for light box or DSLR to photo watches IMO. I personally don't like those white background pictures you see on eBay. Hard to tell what the watch will look like in real life.
