Yes but the lume is not so strong as it seems. After some minutes the lume is weaker than the lume of other Pams... but it is more of course ;-)That's your white dial, isn't it? Beautiful.
One of these days I'm gonna take one of my cheap quartz watches and try reluming it myself with good quality lume just for the fun of it
I think it was KJ2020 who posted somewhere what lume one needs to buy. I just got to find that thread again.

I got it from 02straps.com
I paid around 30 ish dollars and they actually sent me 2 straps for the price of 1 - not sure why. Green is what I ordered and they sent black with white stripes without a buckle attached to it.
