I was closest......It's not easy to determine what's genuine vintage Rolex - and therefore worth potentially $20,000 - $40,00 - and what's aftermarket and worth 1/10 of that price.
There are at least 2 shill bidders on that auction - and the only gen part in that watch is the movement - the rest is aftermarket, mostly Phong - except the dial which is pure eBay crap and worth about $120.
