Thanks! When you say the crystal is domed you mean there's a slight incline/upward-curvature? is this only on the forsted edges portion or is it very subtle from the edges all the way to the centre? I didn't know it was domed.bubbled

That's right. The crystal has a domed shape since it follows the curve of the case overall design.

This is absolutlely amazing. I have a GF with blue dial but i have to switch to classic white i guess.

Those with a GF blue dial should not upgrade their parts to gen. I acquired a blue gen dial from eBay and after swapping it, I think it was completely unnecessary, they are almost identical. Also, for me, the GF bracelet is also top notch.

GF makes one of the best versions so far ... comparible to the v6F.

Ultimately, I liked the rep color more... the gen has a somewhat purple hue... but since gen is gen, I decided to swap it anyway. Could´ve saved me some money, though

Is the GF blue dial still available? Never was into Cartier but the Santos in 40mm is really cool... Are they easy to buy from TD's compared to VSF models?
