I just received a 35mm GF Santos De Cartier from TrustyTime and unfortunately the clasp is loose and sticks out when closed... https://imgur.com/nBj0tYU
Any ideas for a fix? I'm trying to get TT to send a replacement bracelet but it doesn't seem like they're going to and I'm afraid I'm going to end up with the same thing if I drop money for another rep bracelet. I was also thinking about just getting a gen bracelet but was wondering if anyone had experience getting a replacement bracelet from Cartier and had some advice.

Update:: TT said they would try to source a replacement clasp for me so this might take care of it. Still curious about sourcing a gen bracelet and also if this is a common problem with an easy fix.
