I think its NWBIG. Looking at pictures of GF 35mm... But I'll keep mine anyways, since it was a steal + an awesome week in rome.

Hi guys,
after reading this thread A LOT, I still have a doubt that I have not seen covered. Basically I have read about BVF vs V6F comparison, but when I go to PureTime I end up with the comparison BVF V2 ($478) vs V6F ($398)

As I am still very new to this world, my assumption is that BVF has recently created a V2 polishing the bigger defects that the former version might have. However, the $80 premium might not be justified for my pocket unless the BVF V2 has become a super rep and the difference between the two is very obvious.
Would any of you Santos' fans chip in your opinion to help me decide between the two? I swear to Dirty Harry I have read at least 20 pages out of the 80 in thread

TheGoodGoodLife Hey brother thanks for sharing. I'll take detailed pictures of the GF this week so we can do a detailed comparison.
At first glance though, mind you I've only had a chance to review the images on the phone, the GF seems identical to the real thing.
I've been wearing it as my daily and it's hard to believe it's a rep.

I havent seen in hand pictures of the BVF V2 35mm but it looks like the BVF has a more accurate bevel on the crystal edge based off those TD pics. GF's bevel is too thick.

Any reviews about the leather strap itself? I would only order if the leather strap is of good/acceptable quality. The reason is my wrist is 6.5in and I think I better wear the 40mm with a leather strap only.
If you have any comments about the V6F two tones, it would be appreciated. In pictures looks a very good YG tone to me.

Now, reading you makes me relieved, I thought I was going nuts, considering 3 days ago I tried a Rolex Datejust 36mm and was very happy with the size...

I've never personally purchased a leather strap from any TD, but I've always heard that they're not very good quality. If you want leather, either buy a gen strap or get one of the fantastic custom strap makers from here to make you one. That's what I would do anyway!

Does this strap even have the quick release function on the endlinks? I don’t think it’s compatible without it. Strap is also wrong for the rep clasp in case you want to use that.
