K11 Cartier Tank Solo pictures and questions

Just got this in today from Hont. The back panel was covered with stickers during the QC, so I obviously missed these details, but does anyone know what the "C" next to the "Swiss Made" means? And I supposed for curiosity's sake, are these engravings congruent with retail?

Hi there! The stamp next to the "swiss made" is a Cartier hallmark. Used it on watches & jewelries made from precious metals. The engravings are correct for an older Tank Solo model (pre 2000 - 2010 but Im not an expert). I think the only tell is the 3172 numbers. It has to be 3167/3168/3169 for an older/newer Tank Solo Large. I have never seen a 3172 but Im not an expert perhaps the 3172 correct
