As a general statement, yes. Some older models were done better by other factories (HFac Seawolf, steelfish, Skyland, noob abyss, BP Navi world) but currently GF has the most well made breitling models that are readily available.

GF is slowly filling up my watch box...
They mentioned the steel fish from h factory..
man, there is a blue dial black subdial steel fish chronograph that i love, but the day/datewheel is totally wrong font..

What is your favorite Breitling watch? If we use that as the starting point we can be specific. Each factory has its pros and cons. GF just has most of the pros for SO's and Avenger's. BP has more pros for the Navi's. JF makes nice Chronmat's but does stupid things like using the wrong case back for years. TF and ANF are third-tier factories that make watches that are OK. Most people will not notice the errors. The best place to start is knowing the model number you want. Then go to Google and search Breitling Source XXXXXX using the model number. You will find all the specs for the watch. They are slow to update but most info is available. Then you can check the model number, sub-dial location, date location. and fonts.
