Breitling Navitimer B01

Hey, I have the Navitimer B01 Chronograph with white dial from GF with an Asian 7750 movement. Everything is functional and it looks great. But It also has the sunken date wheel flaw due to the movement.

Is it possible to fix this somehow?

Would dropping in an ETA 7750 fix the sunken date wheel? I mean since it has same size and everything I assume it would have the same issue, is this correct?

In 2017 I bought a JF Navi that was modified by TD LocoLouie. He received so many orders he "crashed and burned". I did receive my watch. Here is a link to my purchase. I don't know how he did it. Try searching to see if his posts are still here. His user name was LocoLouie
