QC Photos for the New V7F RG Transocean

I think because the markers have an elevated center (like a pyramid with the top flattened) the harsh lighting is giving the illusion that they are misaligned when they're really not.

I broke out my ruler and they all seem to line up pretty good.

I GL'd, I'll post more pics once I get it on my wrist.

They make dress watch in 43mm, which has like 1/10 the details of my 41mm Old Navi. Kinda sad as I’d want one of this in gen.

I'm glad you "GL'd" because if you had rejected that watch you would be batshit crazy. Dates don't get that much better on reps...or gens.

Same. Gen comes with a buckle like this, so I can't be too mad, but I'm on the hunt for a croc strap with a RG deployment buckle.

If not for the fact that I wanted the Rose Gold model I would have considered Gen. The stainless case models can be had for as little as $2-3k.

It's here! The dial looks brilliant, I tried to capture the veeeeeery subtle sunburst. My only complaint is the strap is very stiff and too large for my wrist. But the watch itself looks really good.

Date wheel looks really good, the QC photos were from some odd angles. Finish is generally good, edges are nice, the one thing is that there is a small seam where the lugs meet the case. I think it's from the application of the RG (I don't know enough about the process to know how it's applied).

I ordered a croc strap with a deployment clasp off etsy, so I'll take some wrist shots when I have a strap that fits my 8th grade wrists better.
