I know its nothing special, because these have been built for years, but I never had the extra funds to buy or build until now. The white baton SA was one of two watches that really had me hooked, the other also being a Breitling, the Bentley 6.75. Searching for a rep of one of these led me to find this wonderful forum. Once I did, I realized there was so much out there to be had and my SA dreams slipped away as the desire for a franken/gen SA turned into owning 30+ reps. Im now back down to three watches. This SA Im building, a franken DJII and a Seiko 007 I built for my son. Enough of the life story and onto the progess. As we are always welcoming new members, Im sure there are a lot of folks that havent yet seen a SA build.

I am still waiting for delivery of a gen click and crystal, then I will work on the final assembly. The pushers will take some time to get functioning, but I have some ideas.

Thanks for reading and feedback is always welcome :)

Why don’t the pushers function?

The gen pushers move but the construction is different than the v3, so modding would need to be done. I will post some pics to show the difference. I might have gotten lucky with an alternative, but I need to test some things out first.

Strodda This thread is watch porn

Knew you'd appreciate, being a watch guy and a lover of Breitlings.

How it is with caseback? Does rep caseback fit to gen case?

The v3 screws down partially. Worst case, I could have added a thicker gasket and it would have been ok. There would be a small visible gap only noticeable off the wrist. Luckily I was able to strike a deal with a member here and I was able to get a v2 caseback that fits much better. Huge thanks goes to TheDonSL for letting go of a couple parts I needed.

I will also have some pics soon, as I now have all parts needed for the build. The final two, a gen click and Clarks 2xAR crystal arrived.

Will you let it go? Im willing to pay + donate ot rwi ofc

I actually will be listing it soon, unfortunately. Wasn't part of the plan but neither was needing to take legal action to see my son.

I still see members posting "reserved" listings, so if you are interested, shoot me a pm. Also, donating is a great idea, as you will become a supporting member.

Thank you :)

I love it, but must say goodbye. It's probably as good as it gets, other than owning a gen.

Beautiful job mate, I built one of these years ago it was my first Franken and got me into this hobby... no gen mid case though. White Batton dial Still running the A7750 :( mines up for sale too unfortunately.

Nice work & good luck

Strodda Congrats on the build, and sorry for the need to sell it!

How would one remove the bezel from the case? Any tips or tricks? I am stuck at this point with my SA blacksteel, and I am reluctant to try harder fearing to mar the case and bezel.
