thanks all for the reply and it worked. There is a little screw on 1 side. When i losen this a bit i was able to adjust the strap on one side and loosen the spring bar. The other side worked whit a very tiny screw driver.

ok, the resizing is giving me some problems. I got the spring bar loose at one side. I unscrewed a little screw so i could reach the spring bar. The other side (the right side on the photo from dropbox) i don't know how to reach the spring bar. Does anyone know how this works?

Yup, I read that. That doesn't give an explanation how to remove the spring bars. But it worked thanks though for sharing!
