ok, i searcher on Breitling official site but i could only choose between rubber and mesh... do you have the gen with date window at 6 o'clock ?

I searched for a rep rubber strap with clasp but heard from almost anyone that the rep rubber straps are less flexible and not as comfortable as the gen straps. Then I found out that the gen Aero rubber straps arent so expensive so ordered them at the Breitling store and searched for a rep. SS deployant clasp.
thank you, do you know which is the price of the Gen leather strap, more or less ?
Came with the blue croc leather.
Also added the brown with rubber lining.
and if i would buy a Rep leather breitling strap, which do you suggest ?

You could get one for around $500 including as deployment, rep leather straps are rubbish I would waste money on them but you could try an aftermarket leather maker one.

I received my V2 yesterday. Altough no mayor changes, the overall quality seems better. The blue dial looks prettier IMO. And of course no more noise from the movement.

I've just ordered this as my first rep, any guidance on what to do once it arrives in terms of winding etc. would be much appreciated. I want to make sure I dont do anything to harm it straight away! Wanted some model specific guidance in case there are any nuances compared with general new automatic rep care. Thanks in advance.

Received my V2 and I didnt like the white on the bezel markers too much. So I did the white paint mod on it. Now it looks great. ????

Did you do that yourself or did someone else do it for you? Interested to know more and if possible to see a close-up from the markers.
It looks very white and gen is more grey/platinum.

Your watch looks really good. Maybe the bezel is not that gen like but who cares? For me most important is that it looks just hilarious. I really like your watch! My TD told that I should msg him in October, because he is out of stock right now...

Mine came today and It looks and feels fantastic. I might swap out the straps but I actually like the feel of the rep rubber one.

I did it myself with this marker. I just painted two or three layers and wiped off the excess with a cotton and white colored car wax. Ferax thanks mate. The bracelet gives the look but maybe not the quality you'd expect. However, I let it on instead of my Staib because it looks more the part. Another pic here with the V2 on bracelet and V1 without the bezel mod.

The 46" SOH by OMF is not as good as the GF SOH but still a decent rep. https://puretimewatch.io/superocean-...rap-a7750.html. If the size is more important than the rep.quality, you can take that one. Know a few ppl that have it and are happy with it.
I hope for you that for your wife size is not so important that you find her in bed with the neighbor! :megalol:

This is a liquid hobby. A watch I love today might be replaced by something else in just a few weeks time. I’m currently “off” Rolex and deep into Panerai and breitlings. The Breilings got me hooked. I just must have a view.
