My Breguet catalogue arrived today!!!

I say catalogue. But omg, it's about an inch thick, hardbound with a bookmark. Huge section on the history of the company, all the past and huge amount of info on all the new ones.

Got my eye on the platinum heritage tourbillon, a steal at £97,000!! the price list is just amusing.

I just asked MR if he can source it. Some tourbillons are nicer but way too big for my small wrists ;( this one is offered at 468 by TS => a steal for a tourbi! I hope that MR will be able to offer a price close to this one!

I am not that sure about the strap quality, in Pix's topic about his tourbillon (RG model of this one minus the B on the tourbillon) he says that they come with the usual crappy ones.

yep I have not made my choice yet between Black, brown or dark blue and Gator, Lizard or maybe shark... But I have located a few nice ones.... I may ask the ABP for this one

On TS website that one says 'tourbillon manual wind' - I thought tourbs are automatic?

No, all of the chinese tourbillons are manual wind and so are a lot of the genuine watches as well.

Ah, I see. Here's the QC pic I got, looks decent enough to me. The centre dial is white not dark grey which is good. Pity about the white stitching on the strap, I might dye it.

Looks good man, very nice. I would say best bet is just to find a cheaper, but proper leather strap for it that matches better. I imagine it will make the world of difference.

Parts are available, the hard part is finding a 'smith who can work on one.
I know Robert's can but him having the time is another matter.
