In what ways is Noob V1 BPFF better than Noob V2 BPFF?

Have been considering to get a BPFF but the Noob V1 seems to be hard to find.

I personally think a good QC'd ZF is nicer than them both. I've owned the Noob v1 and the ZF. Construction and quality ZF wins.

Take a look at the bezel of your ZF. The diamond shaped marker at 12 should point directly to the center of the bezel teeth above. Most of ZF BPFF that I have seen have this place misaligned.

If your biggest grip is the bezel, you can always remove and realign it. The noob version, even the v1, has its own set of issues. The way the bezel rocked on my v1 was horrid.

Heres a pic of my ZF...

Awesome watch! is there a big price difference between the NOOB and ZF? They both use the same timepiece?

Please do look at my review above. Past that, I have another comparing the v1 and the v2 also.

The v2 is superb with fit and finish. However, the bezel font is off, the dw position is slightly off, and some tiny other parts. If you can’t find a v1, get the ZF.

Thanks for the review! What do you think about the blue BPFF 5015D (closed caseback)?

Anything open caseback for a bpff is gonna be hard. They use F Piguet’s and it’s not easily faked by a deco plate.

There is a close case back version of the blue bpff which is what I am asking, not the open case back ones.
