New Black ZF BPFF on the way - now comes with Rubber Strap

Hi All,

Just ordered this recently and have received QC pics. Previously the ZF came with a sail cloth on deployant and a spare sail cloth with the normal tang buckle.

Mine appears to be coming with sail cloth on deployant and a new rubber strap with tang. I haven't seen this watch or strap options in gen and was wondering what you guys think of the rubber?

Personally its preferable for me as this way i have 2 sporty but different straps.

In relation to my QC pics of the watch, i not keen to accept as the 1 in the 12 is too high and the 6 marker looks quite wonky also, apart from that the rest of the watch looks amazing to me.

Let me know what you think of the rubber.

Rubber is really nice touch.
Regarding QC pics, good luck finding perfect one, not going to happen. My ZF has the same "1" placement and it's unnoticeable from wrist distance. Same thing about "6", on one pic looks OK, on another is slightly leaned to left.
I've seen worst things on gen watches to be honest.

I' ve asked 1-2 modders if they can fix the crooked numbers on dials. I'll post any news. Difficult thing although as the dial is 'sandwich' and must be opened.

I believe the 1 is an optical illusion to be honest. The rubber strap looks like a divers strap and might be really long but let us know how it fits

I would not care about the rubber, but that 1 & 6 are not good. Much of the time I think people are way too picky with the macro pics enlarged 20x to magnify a flaw that never gets seen with the naked eye, but this one is too far off....

I just got mine and the 1 and the 6 are both perfect even under close inspection 20x magnification so have your TD pick out another one for you & save yourself the trouble of trying to get it fixed later.
