Movemet problem with FF

Just got my new FF from my TD with the 2836 movement and was thrilled with it. The QC pics from the timergraph look fine and if you wind the watch and set it, it keeps great time if you leave the watch on the table all day long. If you are wearing it looses time randomly, ie stops and starts again. I really don't want to ship this back to china. Any idea on where the problem might lie. I have experience taking apart 2824 movements and also have a timergraph.

So i decided to just bite the bullet and instead of servicing the movement simply swap it. I got a good deal on a new Sellita SW220-1 movement. Will there be any problems with this swap?

Potentially with the hand fit but I think mostly same size. I would have gone gen eta or looked inside. Only stopping with movement sounds like likely only a couple things

Should be a direct swap. SW220 is essentially a Swiss clone of a 2836 and compatible.

How did the swap go? I had much the same problem on and older noob V1. Erratic movement problems with very poor timekeeping. I swapped out the movement fore and ETA 2836 and have been very happy with the results.
