Around last year in November, one of the screw from my 03-92 horograph fell off and went missing. TD originally said the factory have screws and I was able to place an order for $45 for two sets of screws. Almost 6 months later and after plenty of conversations, it seems like the chance of me getting the screws is getting less and less likely. It sounds like the factory doesn't have spare screws and only the full watches.
The specific screw here is different from the traditional 03-92 models, as it has a front/square element and a round rear element that hold the frame together. I think this is the same Gen design and I couldn't find any replacement screw online anywhere. I wonder if anyone has similar experience of losing screws and what did you end up doing.
