My tale of woe with BR123 watch continues. First the crystal broke, managed source a replacement via Puretime. Now the disc holding the rotor on seems to have come loose, and the rotor itself is displaced (if that's the term). Any ideas if it's easy or difficult to fix this? Any recommended watch fixers in UK/Ireland?

Looks like the plate was glued on, I'd clean off the old glue and reattach it with a good 2-part epoxy.

dont wind it anymore until you know if the screw broke off and is found...it can be that a piece is stuck in your movement or balance. If it is glued you can just glue the rotor on again..If not and the screw or piece of it is in the mvt, you can try to take it out depending on where it is stuck...if it is between the gear, it needs some expertise as you have to take off the auto windingsystem...check the mod section
