DHgate is similar to ebay. It's a sales platform with many dealers, most of them in China. You would need to contact an individual dealer on DHGate and ask them if they ship to Germany. Keep in mind there are some decent dealers on DhGate that sell OK stuff and there are MANY dealers that sell cheap garbage.

I bought one similar 4 years ago when I was in Vietnam for $18. Automatic, and still works to this day!
