hello everyone,

I tried searching for something similar but couldn't find anything useful. So I apologize in advance if something similar already exists.

I am conflicted with AP 15500. I absolutely love it and would like to purchase it but the size is holding me back.

The problem is I can't figure out that 41cm case what an ideal wrist they require.

I have a wrist of 16.5 cm / 6.5 inches. In general I've always had watches on my wrist no larger than 41 cm.

Since I don't have a chance to try one live, I am asking you to contribute in this post by sending photos of your beautiful AP 15500 worn. If possible, photos from medium-long distance would help me much more than close-up shots with too much zoom (the ideal would be to include the whole arm and part of the hand).

This is also a way to bring together a collection of this beautiful AP model.

Thank you very much in advance to those who will contribute to raise my strong doubts.
p.s. excuse my english by google translator

For a 6.5 inch wrist, it will be too big in my opinion. I have a 7.5 inch wrist and it is one of my bigger pieces not because of the diameter so much as the lug to lug.

I have the same wrist size. It's slightly in the big side but not ridiculously so, it is quite a thin watch. The dial looks much more modern than the 15202 so if you like the looks of the 15500 go for it.

Also most watches can look fine when you wear long sleeves.

Circumference measure of your wrist aren't sufficient to determine the maximum watch size you can conveniently wear.
Shape of your wrist is more important
than the simply measure. My wrist size is 6,75 but I can wear 43mm size watches without they appear too big on it.
And wrist's shape is an individual property, so the better thing you could do is try to wear one of them.

I think it will be perfect on a 6.5" wrist! I actually find my 15500 a touch on the small side for my tastes and prefer the size of the larger royal oak offshore chronographs (42 and 44mm) on my 7.25" wrist. However, I absolutely love the thinness of the 15500 (10.4mm) and wish the offshore chronographs were a bit thinner (they are mostly 14.4mm gen and usually 15.5 and 16mm rep unless they've been thinned).

Some wrist pics of my 41mm Royal Oaks on my 6.9” wrist. It will be fine on a 6.5” wrist. If you have concerns then get a 15202 39mm
