Actually this does work well for anyone who likes to ask about which color is “closest to gen”. They get to decide first hand for themselves.
Gen is gen and rep is rep and ownership and enjoyment of both are simply very different. Not better or worse, but merely different.

The challenge is that for this experience to be meaningful it requires to also procure the gen of each colour so that you can assess which rep is closest to gen. Complex logistics to achieve this

The hands, dial indices and logo etc will all need to be plated as well, and the lume for the dial and hands redone. Not impossible, merely tedious.

Thanks to cassapanca for these useful picture of a gen and Zf dial.
Looking at them, there is a difference on AP logo, but nobody talked about it. Dimension and letter distance seems wider in Zf dial.
I don't know if this is an instant annoying tell in real life. Especially on the white dial.

There is a TD promoting a V2 of this 15400Zf with updated dial. But the logo is still the same and, from his pictures, I'm not able to note improvements. And you?

Its not thats an old Gen dial vs. the newer ones with a bigger logo.

It wasn't my intent, man. I posted a sigle pics, not a whole series. The dial looks good to me, but I don't have a clinical eye on this model, yet.
