In terms of gen vs rep feel the gen has a more supple bracelet and a thinner case which sits more comfortably on the wrist. Other than that, not much difference in “feel”. The rest of the differences are more visual like the hands, dial etc.

I bought 5 shaved tachys from aflop to some of my watches. And i just switch. I still have the old one’s left if i want to sell the watch in future. But i like this one’s

Yes buddy its verry easy. Just screw of the caseback. Then screw out the small screws to bezel and just lift up the bezel, and after that you just lift up the tachy and change it. Verry easy. But you need the right tools for it. You can buy them at ebay
