Worth every penny. I waited about 2 months for that thinning prcess. LOL
Now, I need gen leather strap.

I'd highly recommend gen strap too. I had a rep panerai once with real leather... the rep leather straps just don't feel that great.
I'm actually trying to source a rep bracelet for my gen LOL... the opposite of you.

If anyone has a JF 15400 rose gold bracelet, lmk!

Ok so a few weeks ago I spoke to a veteran member because I wanted to buy a travel case for my frankens. I asked him how he stores his 50.000 USD watches when jetting to Monte Carlo (the latter part is made up) and he eventually told me he uses a 7$ case from eBay. Being the cheap guy I am I decided to go for the exact model and chose to have it shipped from China to save another 1USD (shipping was 0.27USD to the heart of Europe which makes total sense to me as I would have paid about 6USD if I shipped it to Bavaria).

ANYWAYS here I am with my brand new case still not sure if I have been FOOLED!

Have a great day guys.

Lol!

One thing’s for sure. You have far more expensive tastes than said veteran member. He must have been cheapo to use this for his “$50,000 watches”. That’s one guy who’ll never be my advisor hahaha

A trio of awesome frankens. TBH I’d be worried of lateral contact as they shift around on their pillows. I am partial to this:

I put some cloth in between but this won’t be the final solution I guess.
did you test those watch pods with ROOs? Do they fit? Don’t they wobble around in it?

There is nothing wrong with lateral or vertical shifts as long as they don’t knock into one another.
The watch is literally shifted all the time when worn on the wrist along with wrist movements.

I have one of these and a watch roll. I use the single hard shell pod and it fits a 44mm ROO easily. Perfect if you decide to just take 1 extra watch with you to travel vs. taking 2-3 when traveling.

As far as watches bumping, I have a rubber clear cover that came with one of my 44’s from a TD. Put that over the middle watch and they won’t bump or scratch. There are also watch rolls that have dividers which would solve the same problem.
