Where I need to be.
Actually this resembles more of a second generation Rubberclad.

In a way it is no? H series rubberclad with metal AP logo and black datewheel as well as the 3126/3840 movement. It’s the last model of rubberclad and I’m not aware of anything newer than this for the black dial series.

You are right about it being the last black dialed iteration. It resembles a 25940SK.OO.D002CA.03 (white gold rings, black date). The one that started it all has to be the 25940SK.OO.D002CA.01 (as long as we are speaking of Rubberclads).
The last Rubberclad overall is the 26178OK.OO.D002CA.01 (rose gold new movement but you already knew that).
Funilly, I did quite a lot of research on the RC just yesterday.

You’re both right about RC lineages, but this was a comment directed to Tommy about the fact that we both chose this reference as our first franken project with Domi over a year ago, just by coincidence.

So when I said started it all, I meant this “madness.” :)
