if that is your biggest concern i would say - congratulations

then you could get problems with the specs of the case back as it is probably designed for an undecorated 9015... the added movement thickness could cause the rotor to stuck on the crystal of the case back... if it was removed in the past then it shouldn't be a problem. But i highly doubt any dealer will sell those decorations separately.

Try to ask the modders as their daily business includes deco removals
