That’s great closed case back , all we need now someone from JF factory go to HK and purchas the Gen and come back Guangzhou, we need to wait max 4 months for new movement deco , even its closed case back but JF will Rep new deco with miyota sure..

According to Hodinkee, the 15500 is replacing the 15400:

This year we've got a new base model Royal Oak in the form of the ref. 15500, replacing the ref. 15400 that came out back in 2012.

A flawless rep of 15500 is also a perfect piece.

I dunno - I like the 15500 in total:

- fatter hour markers is nice
- lume on the seconds hand is fun
- minute markers outside of the grand tapisserie feels correct to me
- I particularly like the date font - more avant garde and sportier like the rest of the watch. Due to the thinner type face I wonder if JF can pull it off. My money is on them NOT executing it correctly for a year or two. I would love to be wrong though, because they've been improving their date fonts.
- Thicker case = more rep friendly

I also love that salmon 15202, I hope JF reps that as well.
