Thinned Down 15400 JF V3

I have here, a gorgeous 15400 in blue.

Once again, thank you for being so patient and putting in so much work and effort in every piece like it's your own.

Mods are done by the man himself. @legend

Case is thinned down to 9.9mm.
Hour markers nicely realigned.
Rotor is now silenced.

Took a few pictures of the dial in different angles/lighting and the thin profile.

The blue does seem different on OP's piece. It seems more vibrant than the usual off-center steel grey-blue. I am unsure if JF updated their blue 15400 dial color but this one is definitely gorgeous.

About a week ago I saw a blue dial JF V3 in the sales section with a similar dial. It wasn't the usual grey/blue washed out dial most V3s have but almost like a mix between with the previous boutique blue dials with the stronger sunburst effect. Might have just been the lighting...

For the gen, I have seen at least 3 different shades of blue, and I wouldn't be surprised if this variation holds true for the reps as well.
I do like this new shade of blue though. It is just slightly prettier to my eyes haha

I'm curious.. when you say the dial markers were realigned is that referring to the chrome finished markers sitting on the dial...

or is it the small painted markers for the minutes we're given some new finishing touches?

Also how thin is the case at now from top crystal to the rotor crystal on the bottom ?

Where I'm from it's all about the #THICC watches.. was into the super thin cased watches couple years ago but now I'm noticing bigger watches everywhere. The AP I wouldn't wear without long sleeves. It just doesn't feel right even though it's not a super dressy watch. It just compliments a nice shirt or suit better than let's say a t-shirt but that's just me

You are right but 9.8 (GEN) 9.9 (REP MODDED) it's very close, and you have the feeling and the look of the GEN imho.
