Gen 3126 movmt stem issue

Hi All - the stem / crown from my gen 3126 movement has come completely out of my Franken. I simply reinserted it and it clicked in but now it doesn't click to position 3 (hacking/ time set position - but date change and winding seems to work fine. When I pull to 3rd position it feels like the stem doesn't catch anything and it comes out again.

I had some advice already that it may just need keyless screw tightening but also wanted to ask others here.

a) is there a trick to reinserting crown? do i just insert it and then gently til it clicks?
b) which screws in the below picture might need tightening? I am happy to try it out before I decide to send to other side of the world for repair.

Sorry to hear about your issue. Try contacting the watchmaker who did the build for you (Domi? slaughterer?) and consult with them. The should be able to say more than us mere hobbyists.
