(QC) AP Frosted SS Blue Dial 37mm JF

Hello, its my first rep so i need help for my QC Pics.
1. Are the screws ok in the clasp? One is more screwed out.
2. One screw in the rotor looks its a little Bit more out than the other one, is this ok?
3. I think the date is a little Bit not centerd? Im right?

AP clasp on the back is not frosted on retail so im wondering if they could swap that out.

iirc this is a ladies watch but considering getting it for myself but not sure if i should wait on a 41mm frosted
