yes 2836 work 2846. if you can afford buy the powermatic day+date, better reliability. i read 2846 uses cheap bearings and will die sooner unless you can find watch maker switch the bearings out

Hey guys. To those who have been following my ordeal with previous TD, glad to report that I got the money back, and shipped the watch back. Then re-ordered the watch from Lucy, who is also a TD here. Got my first QC pics, and have a few questions. By the way, pics quality/resolution is pretty bad.

1) Do you think there is a bad lume on the 12 o'clock, or just a piece of dust? There is like a small dot. I wonder if it would be visible in real life.
2) Does the alignment of markings look fine relative to the rotating bezel? I think so, perhaps looks off on the picture due to the angle fro where the pic was taken.
3) Crown logo looks misaligned, is it fixable?

Thanks. Does the 6 o’clock look center aligned to you or slightly left aligned relative to the tappiserie?

The brushed bezel adds a much needed touch of elegance and prestige to this watch.

I kind of like the brushed bezel too now. I used to want the non-brushed one before, and was upset that they changed it. In real life it actually doesn't look as brushed, but yet reflects light in a very nice way :)

+1. Nothing to snicker at with the brushed. It looks much better live. Also have seen several gens at resellers now with a brushed bezel so no reason to get called out. And realistically, the chance of bumping into another person wearing the watch is next to nill

the case marbling is so much better on XF also
only thing is the cyclops

I have a xf v2 with swiss 2436 that i bought last year around july. The bezel is brushed but not as strong as the other brushing I see here.

I love the watch it is a real good company. I would probably mod the cyclops since it is kinda cloudy. The DW always sits low on the window, is it the consequence of 2836? Also, do a Mikey DW for 7750 movements fits 2836?
