Oh Boy ok. Then maybe not. I was not really thinking about swimming. More maybe to don’t have to take extra care not to get it wet while washing hands or stuff like that. And maybe cleaning the watch under/with water. It’s just easier when you don’t have to care about stuff like that.
I will get it tested and the see what happens.
Is there a source for these exact strews/pins in good quality stainless steel?

Esslinger.com is a good source for watch band stainless steel screws. You won't need spring bars, that's for the Noob Submariners I previously mentioned. You'll have to remove your existing screws from your bracelet, measure and order them accordingly.

Alright. Thanks for the info. I mean the bracelet has already been in the ultrasonic cleaner. And i rinsed it with water a few times aswell. No rust or problems so far here. Maybe the Balistol i soaked it in is helping to prevent that.

I gave up waiting and ordered a Patek 5711 PPF. Really happy with it.

My DC 15202 has arrived from Sead. I'll post a couple of pics later if people are interested. Initial thoughts are that the strap is definitely better than the first one I rejected at qc. A couple of the mid links are slightly out of alignment though and a few sharp edges but not too bad.

I would love to see some shots to see the watch and bracelet quality.

Where I need to be.
Ok a few pics:
Ironically, despite the fact that this is a quartz, I do find it more visually appealing that the much more expensive JF 15202. Yes the watch can be refined a little in some aspects, but given a choice I will pick this over the JF 15202 any day.

The dial is very nice in sunlight and quite dynamic. The misaligned links are the biggest weakness of the bracelet. Sharp edges and brushing can be improved to make wearable but I cant un-see the links. Might buy a 26mm rubber strap as well to test out as seen them on ebay for only £30.

What can refine a little in some aspects ?
