This is the only big issue with the watch for me. The minute hand and the 12 triangle are correct but the whole black index and the hour hand is very poorly lumed :/
But the v9 has the same issue from what i saw in picts/video.

To be clear, 1 minutes after the light is off, you can read the minutes but you cant know the hour
