100% black.

Personal preference or did you spot some flaw in the gray dial? There were some wrist shots of the gray dial a few pages back, and it seemed pretty close to some gen pics I found online.

I think black dial is closer to gen than gray. For some reason gray color is pretty difficult to match. Also to me JF 15400 gray dial looks sort of like plastic.

Seems like they updated the tapseries again and fucked up the "Swiss Made" logo yes

The letters are a disaster. On V9 ROO the hands are green. Seems like they take one step forward, two steps backwards.

Well for what it's worth I'm normally fairly picky but I'd accept that. I agree Swiss Made isn't brilliant but the markers are pretty well aligned and overall looks great.

Also, if they have made changes at the factory you may not get better than this anyway.

This is the third 15400 I've seen with the "Swiss Made" print being the biggest flaw. I wonder what the factories have changed to make this happen.

ESQUISITE One step forward, two steps backwards describes rep factories perfectly :p

Do they just suddenly change prints and details like that without releasing a new Version of it?
Pardon my ignorance, just trying to get more familiar, but I thought that changes were only made when they release a new version of the watch.

Minute marketers look superb. Finally they are nice and crisp.
To me that more important than swiss made flaw.

I see...
honestly IMO the V3 is so close to the Gen, my only concern are the colors.
I have the blue one and it’s definitely lighter than the Gen.
besides that, only the thickness would be my concern.
Everything else may look suspicious but it’s not a big tell.

I attach QC pics of a recently ordered black dial (RG) 15400 V3 with the same problem. However, it seems that in the black dial the problem is less visible due to greater contrast between the colors:

I accepted mine as well, as it took 5 weeks to get the watch from the factory to the dealer. I didn't want to delay the order more, as I ordered three watches in total and the delay was just a regular ol' V3 15400 (who would have known).

What exactly is wrong about the „swiss made“ ?
I wanted to pull the trigger on a black dial V3 now and just wanted to know what is wrong with the swiss made.
Because the rest looks pretty decent I think.

Please be sure to post wrist shots when you get this in - definitely considering this as a next purchase.
