Some fantastic work going on in here guys.

Interested to know if there has been anybody wild enough to go 3120 gen into a 15400 case yet?

Same question for the JLC 2121 movement into a 15202?

That would be a monster achievement.

I'm not really sure on the 15400. I know that Cicero had a genken 15202 IIRC. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Some others have gone all in and thrown a gen 3126 or 2326 etc. in their ROO builds.

Of course it is, he did it for me [emoji6]

Is the gen top loading?
What are the advantages of having a top loading set up?

Gen is top loading.
Advantages are that you do not need movement tabs. It is a rock solid, ingeniously minimal construction with less parts that can go wrong.

Another NOS LWO283 needing repair. Frankens freaking out, left and right. Luckily, I just got a limited (3/year) parts agreement from DD :)

26320 franken on the way :) anyone with previous experience??!

As @slaughterer62 has rightly observed those (NOS) LWOs are laregely hit and miss, so I'm interested to see how rewarding a proper integrated chrono would be... Only if the donor cases were a bit skinnier...

Oh man this going to be epic!!

No way to thin the case? Like in the ROO?

Yes, of course the case can be thinned. But first toso needs to see how the case interacts with the movement. Cool project, pathbreaking, like always with toso.

Only problem with the 26320 is that the gen movement is actually super thin and one of the thinest on the market not sure how to do that with a rep movement or a 7750
