Now how do we figure out how to get the rubber straps for the 15400?
Well it'd be easy as hell for the factories to make one. But because we're screwed you can only get one by buying a gen strap.

Yupp, but you will have to rework the plots. Phantomtech has done it and had a short comment on how to rework them. Looks totally killer! Let me.see if i recall the thread

Any news regarding to rubber straps that will fit the JF 15400?
Or is still the expensive gen the only option? :(

Gen only for now unless any of our forum strap makers does rubber , but I doubt it.

If you get the JV v2 , all the mods and a gen strap you're still in the $1k USD range which sounds better to me than $15k for the gen.

Rubber strap for 15400 should be 26/18mm. Works only for deployant clasp. OEM for Royal Oak. The Offshore won't fit.

Aftermarket, as in rep? Or a legit company producing these? I wouldn't pay 165 GBP for a rep rubber.

All the more reason to stick with the JF. 90% or so and a service for a miyota is $60-$100

You get the best of both worlds, all the looks of the AP with the workhorse of the 9015

Hey mate, is that price range for a full movement service or more like a minor/average repair if needed?

I'm assuming you are in the states, it would be nice to have a contact for this kind of work. I'm based in Chicago, but don't mind shipping in US for servicing.

Thanks

Check out rubber b... they stated to make rubber for the 15400.... becareful With rep/aftermarket straps.. they don’t tend to fit.. you have to check the inserts of the rubber strap.. they should have a little hole so the end links fit straight in .

Hope that helpsn
