Writing: right or left hand
Daily things like sports, holding stuff, reaching out for stuff: left hand

Not really. I was born a lefty and made to learn to write with my right hand. Then as I grew older I reverted back to the left hand while the learned ability to use the right hand remains.
So you can see the mundaneness of how this happened. I don’t see anything admirable about it.
