I know I have no previous participation here, and this prob won't count for much, but just wanna shout out to Tony for being a great TD.
I was a pretty bad customer, asking questions and changing my mind, going back and forth a bunch of times, but he was patient and helped me out along the way.

Yes, from the moment he provided me from the tracking, it took two weeks (dispatched Jan 24th, received Feb 7th).
